1. Global Reach

We offer worldwide shipping across a vast array of international destinations. Please be advised that transit times and service availability are subject to regional logistics infrastructure and the destination’s local carrier networks.

2. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: A fixed shipping fee applies to orders below the specified threshold as indicated in the shopping cart.
• Complimentary Shipping: For orders exceeding the specified threshold, shipping is provided at no additional cost to the client.
• Transparency: All applicable shipping costs will be explicitly calculated and displayed during the final checkout process.

Important Notice: Geopolitical Conditions

Due to current global geopolitical fluctuations, we have proactively extended our operational timelines to ensure the safety and security of every parcel.

• Fulfillment Window: Orders undergo a processing and quality inspection phase of 10 business days prior to dispatch.

• Estimated Delivery: Shipments originate from our distribution hubs in China and Israel. The current estimated transit time is 14 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote locations or those affected by logistical congestion may experience additional delays.

3. Duties, VAT & Taxes

Velina Noir operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for our clientele's convenience. All listed prices are inclusive of VAT, customs duties, and applicable import taxes. No additional payments will be required upon receipt of your package.

4. Tracking & Liability

Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number is issued for every order. In the rare event of a verified loss during transit, the Company provides the client with the option of a complimentary replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.
