Complete the return request through our official portal on the exact day your order is marked delivered. Requests submitted after this period are automatically ineligible.

Approval & Return Instructions

If approved, you will receive full return instructions along with your complimentary return shipping arrangement.

Prepare & Return

Prepare your item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Our return shipping service will handle the shipment back to us at no cost to you.

Inspection & Refund

Once received and approved after inspection, your refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method, less a 1.9% handling fee.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return consideration, merchandise must be unworn beyond try-on, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from fragrance, cosmetic residue, stains, damage, or visible wear.

All original tags, seals, designer labels, and protective materials must remain attached and intact. Returns must include the original packaging in which the item was delivered.

2. Filing Deadline & Shipping

Return Filing Window: Return requests must be formally submitted on the same calendar date the carrier confirms delivery.
Complimentary Return Shipping: Approved returns qualify for free return shipping arranged by Velina Noir.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed only after physical receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Once approved, the refund is issued immediately to the original payment method, less a 1.9% handling fee.

4. Liability Limitation

Velina Noir is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, or abandoned while in transit prior to collection by our approved return shipping service.
