Global Logistics & Delivery Standards

At Velina Noir, owned by VELINA GROUP LLC, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and transparent logistics experience. This policy outlines our international shipping terms while maintaining the high standards expected of our brand.

1. Global Reach

We offer worldwide shipping across a wide range of international destinations. Transit times and service availability may vary depending on the destination’s local carrier network and regional logistics conditions.

2. Complimentary Express Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is provided at no additional cost to the client.
  • Express Delivery: Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.
  • Fulfillment Time: Delivery time begins from the moment the order is fulfilled and handed to the shipping carrier, not from the date the order is placed.

Important Notice for Israeli Customers

Due to the current logistics situation affecting Israel, Israeli orders may experience additional fulfillment or delivery delays beyond the standard timeline.

• Fulfillment Window: Orders may undergo a processing and quality inspection phase before dispatch.

• Delivery Estimate: Once fulfilled and dispatched, express shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days. This timeframe begins after fulfillment, not from the order placement date.

3. Duties, VAT & Taxes

Velina Noir operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay applicable import charges, refusal of customs clearance, or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify as a cancellation. Any associated return shipping costs, abandonment fees, customs penalties, or losses resulting from non-acceptance remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking & Liability

Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number is issued for every order. In the rare event of a verified loss during transit, the Company provides the client with the option of a complimentary replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.
