Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping labels. Print the labels and ensure the dress and all original packaging are inside.
Our team will contact you to agree upon a specific date and hour for a professional home pick-up of your package.
Once we receive and verify the item's condition, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.
1. Detailed Eligibility & Merchantable Condition
In strict accordance with the standards governing the international luxury apparel industry, Velina Noir (operated by VELINA GROUP LLC) enforces a comprehensive return eligibility protocol. To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original, pristine, and merchantable condition. This is defined as being entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and devoid of any fragrances, cosmetic marks, or signs of assembly.
Furthermore, all proprietary branding elements—including but not limited to fabric hangtags, security seals, designer labels, and protective plastic coverings—must remain intact and undisturbed in their original positions. The return must include the entirety of the original packaging suite: luxury gift boxes, dust bags, silk paper, and protective folders. Any parcel received that demonstrates a failure to meet these exhaustive criteria will be deemed ineligible for processing. In such instances, the merchandise will be retained or returned to the customer at their sole financial liability.
2. Comprehensive Procedural Timelines & Compliance
Strict adherence to the following temporal mandates is a prerequisite for any return authorization:
- Notification of Intent: The client must formally initiate a return request via the authorized digital portal within 14 calendar days of the timestamped delivery confirmation provided by the logistics carrier.
- Dispatch Obligations: Upon receipt of written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping documentation, the client is required to facilitate the handover of the package within 3 business days.
- Visual Verification: The submission of high-resolution, multi-angle digital photographs is mandatory. These images serve as the definitive record of the product’s condition prior to transit. VELINA GROUP LLC reserves the right to deny any claim where visual evidence is insufficient or suggests pre-existing wear.
3. International Cancellations, Duties, & Administrative Fees
The financial structure of cancellations is governed by the logistical status of the order at the time of the request:
- Pre-Fulfillment: Orders may be revoked for a full pecuniary refund only if the request is processed prior to the commencement of packaging or carrier dispatch.
- In-Transit (Pre-Border): For orders that have been dispatched but have not yet entered the customs jurisdiction of the destination country, a 5% administrative restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Customs & Border Arrival: Once an order has reached the destination country's customs office or local distribution hub, the order is considered "Final for Delivery." In this state, the customer must accept the delivery before initiating a standard return. Refusal of delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the forfeiture of the refund due to abandoned goods at customs.
4. Refund Disbursement & Limitation of Liability
Following the physical receipt and forensic inspection of the returned merchandise at our centralized distribution facility, approved refunds will be credited to the original instrument of payment within 14 business days. Note that "business days" exclude weekends and public holidays in the United States, China, and Israel.
VELINA GROUP LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays in shipping or the return process. The customer acknowledges that return shipping involves third-party carriers and agrees that VELINA GROUP LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return phase until they are signed for by our receiving department.
